With the release of the new book and accompanying recordings, "Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy", we get a more personal view of her outlook on life.
Jackie O was very clear in her goals and in what she hoped to achieve through fitness training. At the age of 60, she sought my help to strengthen her body so that she could continue to enjoy all the activities of her normal, energetic lifestyle.
