"All Gain, No Pain"

A new study in the American Journal of Sports Medicine suggests that weight training injuries are rising fast among women, partly because more women are lifting weights, but also because of a lack of knowledge about proper lifting techniques.  In the article, I address common mistakes that women make and offer general safety tips.
